Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer Welcomes Four New Associates

Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. is pleased to welcome Nicolette A. Guarneri, Nsenga N. Jenkins, Jennie M. Miller, and Danielle A. Schweizer to the firm as Associates.

Nicolette A. Guarneri joins the Corporate and Health Law teams in Woodbridge, concentrating her practice on general corporate, transactional and regulatory matters. Nicolette graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2019 and earned her B.A. from the University of Rhode Island in 2016. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey.

Nsenga N. Jenkins joins the Mass Tort/Class Action team in New York, concentrating her practice on asbestos litigation, personal injury, and products liability. Prior to joining Wilentz, Nsenga served as an Assistant District Attorney at the New York County District Attorney’s Office. She earned her J.D. at New York Law School in 2013 and her B.A. from Dickinson College in 2007. She is admitted to practice in New York.

Jennie M. Miller joins the Land Use and Environmental teams in Woodbridge, focusing her practice on land use and redevelopment. Prior to joining Wilentz, Jennie completed a clerkship for The Honorable Joseph A. Turula of the New Jersey Superior Court, in Hudson County. Jennie graduated from St. John’s University School of Law in 202 and received her B.A., with honors, from Rutgers University in 2016. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey.

Danielle A. Schweizer joins the Business Litigation team in Woodbridge, focusing her practice on commercial litigation. Prior to joining Wilentz, Danielle completed a split clerkship for The Honorable Robert J. Mega & Joseph P. Perfilio in the Chancery Division and The Honorable Mark P. Ciarrocca in the Civil Division of the New Jersey Superior Court, Union County. Danielle graduated from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2020 and earned her B.A. from the University of Richmond in 2015. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
