Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. is a proud sponsor of the 2025 New Jersey Planning and Redevelopment Conference presented by New Jersey Future and the New Jersey Chapter of the American Planning Association. The conference will feature engaging sessions focused on Affordable Housing/4^th Round, NJDEP’s Stormwater Management and REAL Rules, Next Generation Office Development, and Emerging Trends in Downtown Redevelopment.

Anne S. Babineau, Shareholder on the Real Estate team, is serving as an organizer for the panel, “Balancing Growth and Community: Best Practices in Industrial Redevelopment,” taking place virtually on June 12. The panel will be moderated by Steven J. Tripp, Shareholder and Co-Chair of the Land Use team, and will feature firsthand insights from planners, a mayor, and the Director of the NJ League of Conservation Voters. The discussion will explore how redevelopment:

• Offers municipalities an opportunity to articulate why their objectives include industrial development.
• Allows for management of issues of public concern regarding such development.
• Fosters the public and private sector working together to achieve positive results with such projects.

The conference will take place virtually on June 11-12 and in person at the Hyatt Regency New Brunswick on June 13.
