Wilentz Elevates Jo Ann Gambale to Shareholder and Jason Cherchia to Counsel

Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. is pleased to announce the elevation of Jo Ann Gambale to Shareholder and Jason A. Cherchia to Counsel, recognizing their dedication to the firm and their continued commitment to serving clients across New Jersey.

Jo Ann Gambale is Chair of the firm’s Trusts & Estates Team. She concentrates her practice on estate and trust planning and administration, tax planning, fiduciary accounting, and tax controversy and estate litigation. She advises individuals and families on strategies designed to preserve wealth and address complex estate and tax matters.

Jason A. Cherchia is a member of the firm’s Land Use group. His practice focuses on development applications, planning board and zoning board hearings, Right to Farm Act applications, and a broad range of land use litigation. He also represents property owners in property tax appeals before the Tax Court of New Jersey.
