David H. Stein Sworn in as Chair of NJSBA Bankruptcy Law Section

David H. Stein was sworn in as Chair of the Bankruptcy Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA). As Chair, David will help guide the Section's efforts to support attorneys throughout the state, contribute to the development of bankruptcy law and practice, and provide educational and professional resources to members of the legal community. His appointment reflects his experience in bankruptcy and creditors' rights matters, as well as his longstanding commitment to the legal profession.

David is a Shareholder and Co-Chair of the Banking and Financial Services group and the Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights group at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. David focuses his practice on lending, work-outs, commercial litigation, business reorganization, foreclosure litigation, asset recovery, and judgment enforcement matters.
