Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. is pleased to welcome three new attorneys and a law clerk to the firm across its Business Litigation, Land Use, and Employment law practice groups. These additions bring experience in litigation, judicial clerkships, land use and redevelopment matters, engineering, legal scholarship, and client advocacy.
Emmanuel Flitsanov joins the firm's Business Litigation Group as an Associate. Prior to joining Wilentz, he served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Arnold L. Natali, Jr. of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, and previously worked as a Summer Law Clerk at a firm in Roseland, New Jersey. Emmanuel earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he served as Business and Publications Editor of The Seton Hall Journal of Legislation and Public Policy and was a semifinalist in the Eugene Gressman Appellate Moot Court Competition. Emmanuel also earned both an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Business Administration from Monmouth University.
Madeline Hutchison joins the firm's Business Litigation Group as an Associate. Before joining Wilentz, she served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Patrick J. Bartels, P.J. Ch., in Mercer County Superior Court and gained courtroom experience as a Senior Certified Legal Intern with the Bucks County Public Defender's Office. Madeline earned her J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law, where she concentrated in Space, Cyber, and Telecom Law and served as a Staff Editor of the Nebraska Law Review. She also holds a B.S. with Honors in Business and Technology from Stevens Institute of Technology.
Timothy Jinks joins the firm's Land Use Group as an Associate. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Madelin F. Einbinder, P.J.F.P., in Ocean County Superior Court and gained significant land use experience as a Law Clerk at a firm in Toms River, New Jersey, where he worked on matters involving municipal planning boards, land use boards, and related litigation. Timothy earned his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the University of Dayton Law Review, Executive Vice President of the Student Bar Association, and President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. He is also the author of a published law review article examining New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law.
Sierra Conboy joins the firm's Employment Group as a Law Clerk. Her experience includes a corporate law externship with a full-service law firm and regulatory research work with Johnson & Muller Architects. Sierra earned her J.D. in May 2026 from Rutgers Law School-Newark, where she was actively involved in the Minority Student Program, the Association of Latin American Law Students, and the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey. Prior to law school, she earned a B.A., cum laude, in Political Science and International Affairs from Gettysburg College.
