Sierra Conboy is a Law Clerk in the Employment Law Group at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A.
Prior to joining Wilentz, Sierra served as a judicial intern to The Honorable José R. Almonte, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey. She also worked as a legal research and writing Teaching Fellow for first-year law students and participated in the David & Albert Cohn Appellate Competition where she received the Best Advocate Award and Best Brief Award for her performance and written submission.
Sierra earned her J.D. cum laude from Rutgers Law School in 2026, where she was a Senior Associate Editor of the Rutgers Race and the Law Review, a student attorney for the Rutgers Economic Justice and Public Benefits Clinic, and served as Co-President of the Association of Latin American Law Students.
She also has a longstanding connection to Wilentz, having served as a Summer Law Clerk in 2024 and 2025.
