Anne S. Babineau, Shareholder and Senior Counsel – Special Projects in the Real Estate and Redevelopment group at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A., will be inducted into the New Jersey Commercial Real Estate Development Association (CREDA NJ) Hall of Fame at the organization's 2026 President's Awards and Hall of Fame Ceremony on November 2, 2026.
“These awards acknowledge the great work of members and organizations who have gone above and beyond to advance the objectives of our chapter and ensure the success of commercial real estate development in New Jersey,” said Matt Schlindwein, CREDA NJ’s Board President. In their announcement, CREDA said that they use these awards to acknowledge the vital roles the recipients play in supporting the industry through their exemplary service and commitment to the chapter.
At Wilentz, active participation in CREDA’s mission is encouraged and Anne and a group of over 20 attorneys with deep experience across land use, environmental law, public finance, banking, real property, redevelopment, and related litigation, work diligently with CREDA Members and other public and private professionals to make redevelopment plan objectives a reality, and often resolving problems that make New Jersey a better place. As part of that team, Anne draws on her experience and network while following emerging legal and business trends, legislation, public policy shifts, and new programs affecting redevelopment. Her perspective helps the firm remain attuned to the issues shaping redevelopment projects throughout New Jersey.
Wilentz congratulates Anne on her induction into the CREDA NJ Hall of Fame and recognizes her contributions to the firm, the legal profession, and the communities she has helped shape in New Jersey.
