Wilentz Shareholder and Co-chair of the Cannabis Law team, Lisa Gora on the American Health Law Association's podcast "Cannabis Law: What Health Lawyers Need to Know" to discuss cannabis law and the implications for the health care industry. Ms. Gora and her colleagues discuss the intersection between health law and cannabis law and how the burgeoning area of cannabis law affects the legal demands of medical practices, hospitals, and other post-acute care providers in connection with the possession, use, administration, and/or storage of medicinal cannabis at such facilities for patients.
