Wilentz Shareholder and Bedminster Mayor, Larry Jacobs, was quoted in the May issue of Real Estate New Jersey. The article "Exit Strategy" discusses AT&T leaving the iconic 1.1 million square foot campus in Bedminster, its home for more than 45 years, and the steps Mayor Jacobs, along with MetLife and Somerset County officials, have taken to rezone the site to include life sciences.
