Emmanuel Flitsanov is an associate on the Business & Commercial Litigation Team at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A.
He brings prior judicial experience clerking for the Honorable Arnold L. Natali, Jr., and serving as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Robert J. Gilson, both of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. In these roles, he conducted legal research, prepared law clerk memoranda and legal memoranda addressing a broad range of issues, assisted with judicial opinions and motions, and supported the review and preparation of opinions before the Appellate Division.
Emmanuel also gained litigation experience as a Summer Law Clerk at a firm in Roseland, New Jersey, where he assisted with research and brief writing related to state and federal class actions, drafted memoranda and motions, and assisted with trial preparation. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Legal Assistant at a firm in Union, New Jersey, where he assisted with real estate transactions, estate management, and business matters.
Emmanuel earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2025, where he served as Business and Publications Editor of the Seton Hall Journal of Legislation and Public Policy. He was also a member of the Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board and a semifinalist in the Eugene Gressman Appellate Moot Court Competition. He earned his M.B.A. from Monmouth University in 2025, following his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics and Finance. Emmanuel is also fluent in Russian.
