Jennie M. Miller is an associate in the Corporate, Health Law, and Cannabis Law groups at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A., focusing on corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters for physicians and healthcare institutions, and cannabis transactions and licensure.

Jennie was an associate in the Land Use and Environmental groups at Wilentz, where she focused her practice on land use and environmental law. She handled numerous matters involving site plan approvals, variances, and subdivisions. She also has experience handling litigation matters involving Prerogative Writs, Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act (RLUIPA), and Affordable Housing.

Prior to joining Wilentz, Jennie clerked for the Honorable Joseph A. Turula, P.J., in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. She earned her law degree from St. John’s University School of Law, where she served as a director of external relations of the Moot Court Honor Society and was a staff member of the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development, and the Director of Fundraising for the Public Interest Center.

During law school, Jennie interned for the Hudson County Law Department, where she assisted with research, legal writing, and reviewing county contracts. She also served as a law clerk for a law firm, where she assisted with legal research and trial preparation.
