Madeline Hutchison

Associate

Madeline Hutchison is an associate on the Business & Commercial Litigation Team at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A.

Before joining Wilentz, she clerked for the Honorable Patrick J. Bartels, P.J.Ch., of the Mercer County Superior Court, General Equity/Chancery Division, where she conducted legal research, reviewed case documents, and assisted with drafting orders and opinions. She also gained litigation experience as a Senior Certified Legal Intern with the Bucks County Public Defender, representing and counseling clients in preliminary hearings, guilty pleas, bench warrants, and non-support matters.

Madeline earned her J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2025, where she concentrated in Space, Cyber, and Telecommunications Law and served as a Staff Editor of the Nebraska Law Review. While in law school, she was active in the Space, Cyber and Telecom Law Club, Women’s Law Caucus, Federal Communications Bar Association, Allen Moot Court, and Client Counseling Competition. She also served as a Schmid Research Fellow, conducting legal research and analysis for faculty publications.

Before law school, Madeline earned a B.S. with Honors in Business and Technology from Stevens Institute of Technology, where she concentrated in Finance and Computer Science and minored in Cybersecurity and Literature. She also brings professional experience in financial technology and contract development, having worked with Furey Financial Services and Crown Castle Inc.
