Roberto J. Benites serves as Counsel in the Workers’ Compensation Team at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A., returning to the firm after previously practicing with Wilentz earlier in his career. He brings more than 25 years of experience representing injured workers throughout New Jersey in all aspects of workers’ compensation matters.
Throughout his career, he has litigated trials involving claims for permanent disability benefits, death benefits on behalf of dependents of workers who died as a result of work-related causes, and motions seeking medical and temporary disability benefits. His practice is marked by a strong commitment to protecting the rights of injured employees and seeking fair outcomes for his clients.
A fluent Spanish speaker, he has built long-standing and trusted relationships representing members of New Jersey’s Spanish-speaking community.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Seton Hall University and his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School.
