Wilentz Lawyers to Present at NJICLE 2019 Redevelopment Law Institute

Anne S. Babineau will moderate and present on legal issues that arise when a redevelopment project includes the serving of alcoholic beverages in New Jersey and critical factors in valuation for redevelopment condemnations. Steven J. Tripp will moderate and present on areas in need of redevelopment designations, and Christopher D. Hopkins will moderate and present on using tax benefits of Opportunity Zones to help fund redevelopment projects in New Jersey. Also being discussed are ethical issues and triggers for a Municipal Official to recuse him/herself from redevelopment related enactments.

The annual program is designed for attorneys, planners, financial consultants, and other professionals involved in redevelopment projects to explore pressing challenges, latest developments, trends, intricate issues, and redevelopment law in New Jersey.

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 6.2 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.2 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism.
