Wilentz shareholder Donna M. Jennings will present at the NJICLE 2019 Land Use Update seminar, presented in cooperation with the NJSBA Land Use Section, the NJSBA Senior Lawyers Special Committee and the APA-NJ. The seminar, taught by leading attorneys in the field, will provide information and strategies on current regulatory, legislative and case law developments in land use. Topics of discussion include affordable housing, challenges to board decisions and zoning ordinances, site plan approval, condemnation and redevelopment, litigation and settlement, and land use ethics.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 6.7 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.2 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism.
