Wilentz Goldman & Spitzer is pleased to announce that Anthony M. Osbourne and Jason J. Krisza have been elected as Shareholders, and Stephanie D. Gironda and Samantha Stillo have been elected as Counsel.
Anthony M. Osbourne is a member of the Banking and Financial Services group; he represents lenders and borrowers in complex commercial financing transactions, including revolving and non-revolving lines of credit, cash-flow and other formula-based financings, and syndications. He also handles asset-based lending, commercial and industrial financing, and commercial real estate acquisitions and refinancing.
Jason J. Krisza is a member of the Corporate and Health Law groups; he represents healthcare entities and individual healthcare professionals, as well as businesses and business owners, in a variety of legal disputes, business transactions, and regulatory matters affecting their operations. In connection with corporate law, Mr. Krisza assists businesses and individuals in achieving their goals in all stages of a business’ lifecycle, including formation, expansion, consolidation, and wind-down.
Stephanie D. Gironda is a member of the Employment Law group; she handles a variety of employment matters, including claims of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation based on membership in a protected category such as gender, age, race, sexual orientation, religion, national origin, and disability as well as whistleblower, wage and hour, and leave time claims.
Samantha Stillo is a member of the Business and Commercial Litigation group; she represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial disputes and helps them solve a broad range of legal problems, including breaches of contract, real estate disputes, corporate, partnership, and shareholder disputes, franchise disputes, employment-related claims (breaches of restrictive covenants), defamation, construction disputes, legal malpractice, and fraud. Samantha manages and handles litigation matters from inception and employs a strategic and individualized approach in helping to resolve clients’ needs.
