Zarillo III, an attorney on the Land Use Team, represented Bais Yaakov of Jackson Inc. in a New Jersey Appellate Division case upholding the Jackson Township Planning Board’s approval of a private Orthodox Jewish girls’ school campus. As reported by Law360, the court dismissed challenges from neighboring property owners, finding that the board acted properly and relied on expert testimony regarding environmental, traffic, and infrastructure matters. The decision clears the way for the campus, which will serve approximately 2,350 students and 250 staff members, to move forward.

The ruling clears the way for Bais Yaakov of Jackson Inc. to proceed with its planned school campus in Jackson Township.
