Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. has renewed its lease at its Woodbridge, New Jersey, headquarters through at least 2042 and announced plans for a comprehensive interior redesign of the David T. Wilentz Building, where the firm has been based since 1988.
As reported by Law360, the 15-year lease renewal, which includes two additional five-year renewal options, reflects the firm’s deep roots in New Jersey and its long-term commitment to the state’s legal community. The redesign will focus on creating a more modern, collaborative workspace, increasing natural light throughout the office, and enhancing comfort for attorneys, staff, and clients.
Angelo Cifaldi, president and managing director of Wilentz, described the decision as a natural one, citing the firm’s central location and strong ties to Middlesex County and the broader region.
Wilentz will maintain its existing footprint across three floors during the renovation, allowing attorneys and staff to continue working in the building while improvements are underway.
