Ally Kaden

Associate

Ally Kaden is an Associate on the Real Estate and Redevelopment team at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A.

Prior to joining Wilentz, Ally was an associate at a large firm in New York. She has experience in representing developers, investors, lenders, borrowers, buyers, and sellers on a range of commercial real estate transactions. These transactions include, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, portfolio sales, financings, and leasing and development projects.

Earlier in her career, Ally served as a law clerk at a commercial law firm in New York, where she worked directly with a partner on corporate and commercial matters. She conducted research, prepared legal documents, and met with clients on matters involving corporate formations, acquisitions and sales, commercial leases, as well as domestic and international trademark and copyright issues.

Ally earned her law degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, Ally co-founded and became president of the Hofstra NIL Program. She was also Senior Associate Editor of the Hofstra Law Review. Ally graduated magna cum laude from Babson College with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies.
