Claudia Guglielmo is Counsel in the Real Estate and Redevelopment group at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A.
Before joining Wilentz, Claudia served as general counsel to one of the largest medical real estate management and development companies in New Jersey. Claudia gained a broad understanding of commercial real estate matters and financial transactions as general counsel through the negotiation and drafting of all sale and purchase agreements, operating agreements, construction contracts, property management agreements, contribution agreements, various loan transactions, and commercial leases for industrial, retail, healthcare, office, and institutional properties.
Earlier in her career, Claudia practiced corporate law for another leading firm in New Jersey. Among her notable contributions as an associate was representing a group of healthcare professionals in the purchase and development of commercial property for two medical arts buildings.
She is a member of the New Jersey Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women, Inc. (CREWNJ), as well as a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
