These real estate projects include multi-family apartment buildings (including condominiums and co-ops), office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, and restaurants. We also have extensive experience with the financing of nursing homes and medical facilities. We handle all types of credit products, including construction loans and construction loans converting to term once the constructed facility is stabilized, leasehold financing, ground lease financing, credit participations, syndications, and mezzanine lending.
