Michael Schaff will speak at the NJICLE seminar entitled, "Successfully Representing Physicians, Medical Practices and Healthcare Groups in 2014: Business Law, Financing, Insurance and More." The seminar will provide an overview on buy ins and buy outs, practice organization, sale or purchase of a practice, physician/hospital relations, as well as accounting and financial considerations.
