Michael Schaff will present at the Physician's Computer Company Annual Supergroup. His presentation will address Pediatric SuperGroup Ownership Agreements, provide sample clauses, and walk through Ownership Agreement provisions which address the life cycle of ownership in a SuperGroup. The goal is to raise issues that arise during the life cycle of ownership in a Pediatric SuperGroup and help avoid common pitfalls so as to assist in strengthening your organization.
