Christopher Hopkins to Present “Structuring Real Estate Purchase Agreements to Avoid Unforeseen Consequences and Litigation”

Christopher Hopkins will present at The National Business Institutes' two-day “Real Estate Transactions from A to Z” seminar. Topics of interest will include Mr. Hopkins' “Structuring Real Estate Purchase Agreements to Avoid Unforeseen Consequences and Litigation."

Mr. Hopkins will discuss: preliminary checklists for negotiating and drafting, representations and warranties, key contingencies, indemnities for buyers and sellers, default provisions, and realistic time constraints for real estate transactions. 

The entire seminar has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 14.4 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.2 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism.
