Michael Schaff to Serve as Moderator at NJSBA Health Law Symposium

Michael Schaff will serve as a moderator at the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) 2018 Health Law Symposium, which will provide an overview of the latest developments in health law, including issues relating to case law, regulatory changes, insurance, licensing, consolidations, collections, and ethics. Mr. Schaff and the other panelists will also explore the current state of play with the Accountable Care Organizations, licensing issues at the Department of Health and healthcare collection issues. Co-sponsored by the NJSBA Health Law Section, the symposium is targeted to those who represent hospitals, healthcare facilities, physicians, medical insurers, corporations, as well as corporate, commercial, tax and ERISA clients.

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 6.9 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.2 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism.
