Wilentz shareholder Kevin Roddy will present on “Challenges to Expert Witness Testimony in Federal Court” at the Litigation Counsel of America’s Renaissance Symposium XIV. He will be speaking about his experience serving as an expert witness in a criminal case that was tried in federal court in San Antonio, Texas, earlier this year.
This seminar will address any trial topic each speaker chooses, providing a variety of trial presentations, angles, tools and devices. At this full-day event, 26 trial lawyers with extensive experience will engage in dialogue and discussion regarding actual trial tactics and strategies of the highest order.
