Michael F. Schaff to Present at American Health Lawyers Association’s Physicians and Hospitals Law Institute

Wilentz shareholder and Health Law practice chair Michael F. Schaff will present “Unwinding Hospital-Physician Affiliated Medical Practices in New Value-Based Payment Environment” at the AHLA Physicians and Hospitals Law Institute in San Antonio, Texas. The Institute will comprise of breakout sessions focusing on legal challenges faced by physicians, hospitals, health systems, counsel, and both segments of the health care delivery system.
