Wilentz Real Estate Co-Chair Todd E. Lehder and Wilentz Assistant General Counsel John E. Hogan will join a panel comprised of seasoned commercial real estate practitioners and transactional attorneys at the annual New Jersey State Bar Association Continuing Legal Education webcast entitled “Commercial Real Estate Transactions: From Handshake to Closing,” which will cover how to effectively handle commercial real estate transactions in New Jersey. The webcast will feature a special luncheon presentation by David Greek and Matt Schlindwein of F. Greek Development, Inc., recipient of the 2019 NAIOP NJ “Deal of the Year Award."
Mr. Lehder, who also serves as program coordinator and moderator, will discuss the negotiation of Purchase and Sell Agreements. Mr. Lehder and Mr. Hogan will provide practical tips on how to handle legal ethical issues impacting the outcome of a deal during the presentation “Ethical issues-Ask the GC.”
Presented in cooperation with the NJSBA Real Property Trust and Estate Law Section, the program is designed for attorneys who represent sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants in commercial matters, commercial real estate owners, developers, contractors, financial institutions, title search companies, and insurance companies.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 7.6 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.0 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism.
