Armstrong International, Inc., the latest updates on asbestos litigation in Middlesex County from Special Master Agatha N. Dzikiewicz, Esq., and pros and cons of jury trials and bench trials before, during and after COVID-19.
During the “Ethics and Asbestos Settlements, and Current Ethics Issues” panel, Ms. Kizis and John Garde, Esq. will discuss ethical concerns in multiple case negotiations and share practical insight on what works or needs improvement in negotiations of asbestos cases since March 2020.
