Wilentz Shareholder Lynne M. Kizis, co-chair of the Mass Tort/Class Action team, will present the “Ethical Issues in Asbestos Litigation” webinar during the NJICLE 2021 New Jersey Asbestos Litigation Conference. Ms. Kizis will join leading practitioners, including the Honorable Ana Viscomi, J.S.C., to discuss critical information to prepare and present asbestos cases in New Jersey.

- Update on Asbestos Bankruptcies
- In Limine and Summary Judgment Motions
- Case Update on Sun Chemical
Ms. Kizis is the Past Chair of the NJSBA Product Liability and Toxic Tort Section and the Past President of the New Jersey Association of Justice. She is also a Contributing Author of the NJICLE New Jersey Mass Tort & Class Action Treatise.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 6.3 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.0 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism and 6.3 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial law.
