Wilentz Shareholder Michael F. Schaff to Moderate NJICLE’s “The Latest in Cannabis and Regulated Substances Law” Program

Wilentz Shareholder Michael F. Schaff, co-chair of the Corporate, Health, and Cannabis law practice groups and past co-chair of the NJSBA Cannabis Law Special Committee, will moderate “The Latest in Cannabis and Regulated Substances Law” program presented by NJICLE and the NJSBA Cannabis Law Special Committee. The panel, composed of experienced cannabis law attorneys, will provide a review of New Jersey’s expanding cannabis industry and related litigation, practical guidance regarding cannabis business operations, an overview of legalities and legislative developments regarding psychedelics, and a primer about general legislative and lobbying tactics and strategies.
