Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. is pleased to announce that Luke Roosevelt Hornblower has joined the firm’s Woodbridge office as an associate on the Corporate and Health Law groups on September 2, 2025.
Luke advises clients on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate governance, and contract negotiation. He represents businesses at all stages, from startups to established companies, with experience across industries such as financial services and cannabis.
He earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and went on to complete an LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation at Georgetown University Law Center. He received his B.A. in History from Wesleyan University and is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
