Wilentz Welcomes Danielle Kinback to the Land Use, Environmental and Redevelopment Groups

Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. is pleased to announce that Danielle Kinback has joined the firm as a Shareholder in its Land Use, Environmental and Redevelopment practice groups. Ms. Kinback brings experience representing landowners, developers, and businesses in a broad range of land use, redevelopment, environmental, and real estate matters throughout New Jersey.

"Danielle brings a combination of legal and technical experience to our team," said Donna Jennings, Chair of the Wilentz Land Use group. "Her understanding of land use, redevelopment and environmental matters, coupled with her background as a professional engineer, will be a tremendous asset to our clients as they navigate increasingly complex development and regulatory challenges."

Ms. Kinback has experience handling land use and real estate litigation, including planning and zoning board appeals, challenges to municipal ordinances, affordable housing matters and environmental permitting issues. Her environmental litigation experience includes matters involving CERCLA and New Jersey's Spill Compensation and Control Act. Prior to practicing law, she served as a senior engineer with the Ocean County Department of Engineering and continues to maintain her New Jersey Professional Engineer license.

Ms. Kinback earned her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden and her B.S. in Civil Engineering from The College of New Jersey. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
