Lynne M. Kizis, Wilentz shareholder and president of the New Jersey Association for Justice, testified before the New Jersey Assembly Judiciary Committee on the proposed bill S2432, which would restore the right of people who elect $15,000 in personal injury protection to sue the driver responsible in a car crash for unpaid medical costs. Her testimony was quoted by New Jersey 101.5. Bill S2432 was passed by Senate on May 13 and by the Assembly on May 23 and now awaits action by Governor Murphy.
