Wilentz Shareholder Michael F. Schaff, Co-Chair of the Corporate, Health, and Cannabis law practice groups, joined the American Health Law Association’s “Speaking of Health Law” podcast to discuss key aspects of the deal process, a topic previously presented at AHLA’s 2022 Health Care Transactions Program in Nashville, TN.
