Wilentz Shareholder, Daniel Lapinski, Named To Plaintiffs' Team in Federal Talc Litigation


Daniel Lapinski, Shareholder and member of the Mass Tort/Class Action team, has been appointed to a team of plaintiffs' attorneys who will lead federal court litigation over Johnson & Johnson talc lawsuits, which involve allegations that plaintiffs contracted ovarian cancer from prolonged use of Johnson & Johnson Baby Powder and Shower to Shower Products.

Dan has represented his clients’ rights in coordinated litigations for the past 15 years.  He presently serves on several plaintiffs' steering committees in addition to talc litigation, including Zimmer NexGen Knee Implants Litigation, pending in federal court in Chicago, Illinois, and as Co-Lead Counsel in DePuy ASR Hip Implants Litigation, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey.
