Wilentz Serves as Bond Counsel to The Board of Education of the Township of Alexandria

Tony Solimine, Co-Chair of the Wilentz Public Finance Team, served as bond counsel to The Board of Education of the Township of Alexandria in the County of Hunterdon, New Jersey, in connection with its successful referendum and the subsequent issuance of $12,994,000 School Bonds, Series 2022, dated July 21, 2022. The bond proceeds are being used to consolidate its school facilities into one facility through the expansion and renovation/upgrade of the Middle School and the demolition and closing of the Elementary school.
