Tony Solimine, Co-Chair of the Wilentz Public finance team served as bond counsel to The Board of Education of the Borough of Kenilworth in the County of Union, New Jersey in connection with its successful referendum and the subsequent issuance of $33,448,000 School Bonds, Series 2022, dated December 1, 2022. The bond proceeds are being used to undertake various improvements, alterations, renovations, upgrades, additions and field improvements to David Brearley Middle/High School, and various improvements, alterations, renovations, and upgrades to Harding Elementary School, including the acquisition and installation of fixtures, furniture, equipment and any site work.
