Tony Solimine, Esq., Co-Chair of the Wilentz Public finance team served as bond counsel to The Board of Education of the Watchung Hills Regional High School District, New Jersey in connection with its successful referendum and the subsequent issuance of $7,951,710 Temporary Notes Series 2022, dated December 15, 2022. The proceeds are being used to undertake various improvements, alterations, renovations, and upgrades at Watchung Hills Regional High School, including acquisition and installation of fixtures, furniture, equipment and any site work.
