Tony Solimine, Co-Chair of the Wilentz Public Finance team, served as bond counsel to The Board of Education of the Township of Springfield in the County of Union, New Jersey, in connection with its referendum and the subsequent issuance of $32,872,000 School Bonds, Series 2022, dated May 9, 2023. The bond proceeds will be used to undertake various improvements, alterations, renovations, and upgrades at Jonathan Dayton High School, Florence M. Gaudineer Middle School, Thelma L. Sandmeier Elementary School, Edward V. Walton Early Childhood Center, and James Caldwell Elementary School.
