Tony Solimine, Co-Chair of the Wilentz Public Finance team, served as bond counsel to The Board of Education of the Township of Saddle Brook in the County of Bergen, New Jersey, in connection with its referendum and the subsequent issuance of $14,441,000 School Bonds, Series 2022, dated May 16, 2023. The bond proceeds will be used to undertake various improvements, alterations, renovations, and upgrades at Washington Elementary School, Helen I. Smith Elementary School, Franklin Elementary School, Long Memorial Elementary School, Coolidge School, and upgrades at Saddle Brook Middle/High School, including the acquisition and installation of an athletic turf field and lighting.
