Wilentz Serves as Bond Counsel to The Board of Education of the Borough of Riverdale

Tony Solimine, Co-Chair of the Wilentz Public finance team, served as bond counsel to The Board of Education of the Borough of Riverdale in the County of Morris, New Jersey, in connection with its referendum and the subsequent issuance of $18,921,000 School Bonds, Series 2022, dated July 18, 2023. The bond proceeds will be used to undertake various improvements, alterations, renovations, repairs, and upgrades and to construct additions at Riverdale Public School.
