Wilentz Serves as Bond Counsel to The Board of Education of the Borough of Folsom

Tony Solimine, Co-Chair of the Wilentz Public Finance Group, served as bond counsel to The Board of Education of the Borough of Folsom in the County of Atlantic, New Jersey, in connection with its referendum and the subsequent issuance of $3,829,000 School Bonds, Series 2023, dated July 20, 2023.  The bond proceeds will be used to undertake various improvements, alterations, and upgrades to the HVAC system, a partial roof replacement, the acquisition and installation of automatic door locking systems, and the replacement of the telephone system at Folsom Elementary School.
