Wilentz Serves as Bond Counsel to The Board of Education of the Borough of Closter

Tony Solimine, Esq., co-chair of the Wilentz Public Finance team, served as bond counsel to The Board of Education of the Borough of Closter in the County of Bergen, New Jersey, in connection with its referendum and the subsequent issuance of $6,489,000 School Bonds, Series 2023, dated November 30, 2023. The bond proceeds will be used to replace the roof and boilers and to undertake any related upgrades and improvements at Hillside Elementary School, and to replace the roof, boilers, windows, and the HVAC system in the gymnasium, and to make any related upgrades and improvements at Tenakill Middle School.
