Danielle Kinback is a shareholder on the Land Use, Environmental and Redevelopment teams at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. Ms. Kinback represents landowners, developers and lessees in a wide range of land use and development matters throughout New Jersey. She regularly appears before planning, zoning and land use boards in connection with site plan, subdivision and variance applications and assists clients throughout the redevelopment process. She also has over a decade of experience representing landowners and developers in affordable housing matters in court and before the Affordable Housing Dispute Resolution Program.
Ms. Kinback has experience handling land use and real estate litigation, including appeals of planning and zoning board decisions and challenges to municipal ordinances, as well as matters involving utility service, affordable housing, and environmental permitting. Her environmental litigation experience includes representing a public utility in matters involving the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and the New Jersey Spill Compensation and Control Act (Spill Act).
Ms. Kinback's legal experience is complemented by her background as a civil engineer and she maintains her New Jersey Professional Engineer license. Before practicing law, she served as a senior engineer with the Ocean County Department of Engineering, where she designed roads, stormwater management systems and recreational facilities and managed construction projects involving contractors, consultants, utility companies, and county counsel. She also served as a member of the Barnegat Township Planning Board and as an alternate member of the Barnegat Township Zoning Board.
Ms. Kinback earned her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden, and her B.S. in Civil Engineering from The College of New Jersey.
