Mr. Jon Kupilik is a shareholder in the Mass Tort/Class Action group at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. Since joining Wilentz in 1987, he has focused his practice on litigating personal injury claims for individuals exposed to chemicals and toxic substances.

In the 30 plus years that he has been practicing, Mr. Kupilik has represented hundreds of victims of occupational and environmental illnesses, including mesothelioma, cancer, lymphoma, and all varieties of respiratory diseases. His extensive experience in litigating cases for asbestos exposure victims has allowed him to develop a comprehensive knowledge of the manner in which individuals sustain that exposure, and the scientific and medical issues unique to this area of practice. Throughout his career, Mr. Kupilik has enjoyed the privilege of representing these individuals and their families, and has successfully obtained substantial compensations on their behalf. Results achieved in prior matters are not meant to be a guarantee of success as the facts and legal circumstances vary from matter to matter. He provides the professional guidance, personal attention and support required as victims pursue their legal rights.

In 2018, Mr. Kupilik has been appointed to The Monmouth County Juvenile Conference Committee. He is also involved in a variety of toxic tort seminars and conferences, including serving as Co-Chair of the first New Jersey Asbestos Litigation Conference, which has become an annual event for attorneys focused in this practice area.
