Margaret “Maggie” Spaziani is a Counsel in the Trusts & Estates team at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A., her practice includes the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, tax matters, business succession planning, and charitable planning.
Maggie’s focus is on assisting clients in strategizing and achieving their wealth transfer objectives through meticulously preparing estate planning documents, encompassing comprehensive Wills and Trust agreements. Maggie implements estate and income tax-saving methodologies in line with her clients' financial aspirations. She also offers counsel in areas such as guardianships, estate administration, fiduciary obligations, and handles the preparation and submission of estate and inheritance tax returns.
Additionally, Maggie provides legal counsel to financial institutions and corporate trustees, facilitating the implementation of fiduciary responsibilities for these entities.
Maggie earned her LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law, and her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University- Shepard Broad College of Law. She received her B.S. from Villanova University.
