Anne Babineau will moderate the session entitled "Redevelopment in an Era of Risk," which will provide an overview of the New Jersey Future’s vulnerability model. As more towns become vulnerable to storm damage due to climate change, the model assesses the human and economic exposure that municipalities face given projected sea-level rise; how the insurance industry and developers are reacting to and addressing climate change; and how one municipality is leading the charge in integrating risk into long-term resilient development.
