Tracy Armstrong will present two programs at the National Business Institute's seminar "Human Resource Law from A to Z." The morning program, entitled “Discrimination and Harassment,” will focus on key laws to know, properly managing complaints, keeping records of incidences and discrimination and harassment prevention. The afternoon program, entitled “Workplace Privacy and Employee Monitoring,” will cover workplace searches including desks and smartphones, monitoring workplace communication, computer use and surveillance of employees and workplace investigations.
