Edward Kole to Serve as Moderator at NJICLE's "Successful Federal Practice"

Edward Kole will moderate the NJICLE seminar entitled “Successful Federal Court Practice." Mr. Kole and his fellow panelists will discuss all the tools needed to succeed in federal court, which will include information regarding removal, pretrial conference and memorandum, discovery issues, local rule 5.3, and pro bono services in the District Court.

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.5 hours of total CLE credit.
